THE SPIRIT OF ARTS AND COFFEE

Who will say that coffee is only for coffee breaks?
Now as Coffee Artist Ella Hipolito proved that wall art need not be limited to water colors and oils.....
Based on researched, coffee paintings has life span of 1,900 years or more.
Its a privilege to see and feel the coffee art exhibit of Ms Ella Hipolito. As we enter the second floor of KS Coffee Stop what welcome us is the calm and captivating paintings in which coffee is the medium.
What I liked most is the painting "Si Bunso at Ako"

"Si Bunso at Ako"

In this master piece describes the traditional Filipino Family being obedient to his parents and the responsibility to take care of his younger siblings when parents is not around. I also saw Ella's poetic side through the writings included in the painting.

Second is "Lullaby" it illustrates how her mother took care of her child

"Lullaby"

Third is "Pitik Bulag" It tells how it all started. The personal touched started when when you dearly loved your beloved friends.

"Pitik Bulag"

These three master pieces is not just a mere painting but shows sentimental Filipino values.
It seems common but Ella make her way to rise above ordinary. She touch the imagination and lift the spirit of simple things.
Want to catch the glimpse of this coffee art exhibit?
Hurray tomorrow is the last day of Coffee Art Exhibit at KS Coffee Stop, Kamagong cor. Pasong Tamo, Makati City.
