SLEEPLESS NIGHTS

     My body said rest but my mind thinks of random thoughts. Its almost a week that I  couldn't sleep .
I start to count one to ten. Inhale,  Exhale. Change my position. reverse my pillows. I need to sleep but I can't.
What am I thinking ? Is there anybody who thinks of me ? In order  to make this sleepless nights worthy I read random books from Bible, Psychology, and some motivational and inspirational book.
     After this sort of reading activity. I ask what makes  me sleepless ? Is it because........
1.Its a week of a very stressful week.
2.I  think of you.
3.I drink cola & coffee.
4.I have too much sleep last week
5.I'm a nocturnal person.
     Whatever the reason is all of the above reason affect my sleeping habits and sleepless nights.
Especially that reason no. 2. So in order to return to my normal sleeping habits I have to avoid the above  reasons including no. 2 Therefore I will avoid  thinking of you.
