"You can plan a perfect plan but you couldn't plan the weather." So
have a detour. I was amazed with this obliquity that happened a while
ago. Instead of delay I try to make the great purpose with it and have
chance to walk and talk to our God and Abba Father. From East to West,
from North to South. From day to night, From sun to stars. :) :) :)
Now I could see the beautiful things that I usually ignore on my busy day.
The Cross that tinted black became a rubbish shadow art, not because it
made that way, but because it was literally rub by hundreds of people
around the globe by their handkerchief or just mere hands that hold and
believe that God hear and answer their prayer. As I look at it I reflect
for a moment and said "Lord how many hands, laid hands on you and now
I'm one of them. " And utter a little prayer. As I leave the Cross the
voice from above whisper. "My dearest child don't count the hands that
laid on me, but be the answer to those prayers that silently rub on my
body. " Yes for some its just a symbol, but deeper than those outer
things that eyes can see, is a deeper wounds that need healing and
miracle. And I look again and ask why it was black ? Is it because it
symbolize sorrow ? But on the other side the mark of hundred rubs makes
it fade and became light color. This word echoes on my thoughts "Take My yoke upon
you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU
WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. Yes my friend if you think that you are
in pain, look at the cross your not alone and as we carry our daily
cross, don't look on your cross alone but be an instrument that others'
cross become lighter. And you will see the grace of God outpouring.
After the moment of reflection I observe the facade and see the ten
commandments written in bold letters in real stone. Wow it gives impact
and enthrone in my heart is it because I could read it clearly with
open eyes ?
Great moments is when you gaze and you'll appreciate the greatest beauty out of simple things.
From the Place of Great Nazarene to the Place of Western Culture.
This place doesn't change I pass here every moment. But today what
change is how I perceived. Every little thing became a beauty to behold
even the building that ready to collapsed is a heritage to treasure.
These are the witness of a hundred years of failure and victory. If they
only can talk, but its open windows became the eye and ears that create
history to reminisce.
The open book that unfold excite me to
discover hidden treasure, but the glimpse of a sweet lunar, tells me to
go home and rest and tomorrow is another day to create a wonderful
story. :) :) :)
