Another mall is being constructed in Barangay Tambac near Almeria Verde Subdivision, located east of the city SM City Dagupan is estimated to finished to finished before 2019
Dagupan is now being groomed as one of the Smart Cities in the Philippines in the coming years due to it's big economic potentials as site for IT, BPO and other allied industries.
This infrastructure will create more jobs, attractions, and market to Dagupeños and near towns, a good and fair competition to mall owners and more choices for the people of Pangasinan.
